If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place your jewelry in its original packaging, including all certificates and appraisal documents.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our quality assurance team will inspect the item. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
